Cancellations and Modifications
If you change your mind, please email us at faiwvavnkwh@gmail.com with your order number and the modifications you would like to make. Once modified or cancelled, we will confirm it.
Your order can only be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will be locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
Note:
If your order requires a design modification, we do not guarantee timely delivery of your order as it takes longer to modify designs during this holiday season
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, you can return/exchange it for a refund within 45 days of receiving it.
Note: Please remember that a purchase implies acceptance of all of the terms above.
Exchanges and Refunds
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order enters the shipping and handling process, it cannot be cancelled, so your order can only be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will cancel the order and refund your original payment method.
Due to hygiene reasons, our products are custom made, and we will not exchange or provide a full refund unless there is a major problem with the item you received. This is when the item:
is significantly different from the description or the sample shown to you;
is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
is not what you ordered;
Please note that for other cases (not mentioned above), we only provide partial refunds (excluding shipping costs)
To make a claim, please send an email tofaiwvavnkwh@gmail.com with the following information (required):
– Order number
– Video/photo of the defective product, please attach photos of the error
– Complete shipping address
– Contact number
Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item, and if your item qualifies, we will resend the product to you free of charge. Production may take 2-4 business days and shipping may take 10-23 business days. In the rare case that an exchange product cannot be sent, we will refund the full cost of eligible products (including shipping costs).
Wrong Address
For situations where an order is sent to the wrong address because the customer entered an incorrect address:
– We are not responsible if your order is sent to the wrong address or is returned to the sender (as all items are donated immediately after returning to our warehouse)
– The customer must bear the cost of ordering an exchange
Therefore, please be extra careful when entering your shipping address.
Please make sure the product is in its original condition with all original packaging, labels and tags. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the money via your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Refunds will be processed through PayPal and the funds will be returned to your PayPal account.
Please note that some items (such as personalized or customized products) are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or quality issue.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
Is there a fee for return or exchange?
If it is not a product quality issue, you need to pay for the return or exchange shipping. If it is a product quality issue, we will bear the shipping cost.
